Time: Guests should arrive between 9:30–10:00 PM. Tours begin promptly at 10:00 PM.

Guests will first hear the haunted history of the Landmark, then head off to investigate the building’s most active hotspots. Already a ghost-hunting enthusiast? Amateur and professional investigators are welcome to bring their own gear.
The Landmark has long been considered one of the region’s most active paranormal locations — and yes, we literally have video evidence of unexplained activity inside these walls.

Step into living history at The Landmark, now home to St. Nicholas Brewing Company's second brewpub. Since 1830, this iconic building has stood witness to the ebb and flow of the Mississippi River and the growth of Chester.
A Storied Past

- Played host to Illinois' early leaders and famous writers like Mark Twain and Charles Dickens
- Survived a tornado in 1981 and multiple renovations
