#1 - 7*11 BLONDE ALE (5.0% ABV)
Light bread notes from the malt with a slight fruit aroma from the yeast and hops.
#2 - PELOTON PALE ALE (6.0% ABV)
Smooth and balanced with 3 varieties of malts. The intense hop flavor and aroma are due to dry hopping. The aroma is dominated by tropical fruits, including mango and pineapple.
#3 - CADENCE PORTER (6.0% ABV)
A full-bodied black-as-night ale is smooth with a velvety texture. Notes of road coffee beans and chocolate fill the palate and nose.
#4 - WEE HEAVY SCOTCH STRONG (8.0% ABV)
We used 7 different varieties of malts to brew this bomb of a brew! Deep rich malt character slightly warms from the high alcohol content.
#5 - Dirty South Black Pale Ale (5.9% ABV)
Brewed each year for the Dirty South gravel race in Alto Pass, IL. A hoppy dark ale brewed with Citra hops to give bright citrus notes blended with the roasted dark malts to make a truly unique beer.
#6 - TRANS AM HAZY IPA (7% ABV)
A Hazy IPA low in bitterness bursting with juicy tropical fruit flavors and aromas from the Mosaic Citra and Simcoe hops. Brewed with oats and wheat to give a hazy appearance.
#7 - 5-Speed lager (5% ABV)
An American style lager brewed with American malts, cold fermented and aged cold. Bright crisp and clean flavor.
#8 - 7*11 Peach Blonde (5.0 % ABV)
We took our 7*11 Blonde and infused it with Peaches to give a bright peach flavor that blends wonderfully with the malty notes of the blonde ale. Sweet and refreshing.
#9 - Blood Orange Pale Ale (6.3% ABV)
Bold blood orange flavor meets crisp hop character in this refreshing pale ale. Bright citrus, a touch of tartness, and a smooth, juicy finish make it dangerously drinkable.
#10 - Hefeweizen (5.2% ABV)
A traditional Bavarian wheat beer that is cloudy with esters of fruit, banana and clove. Light, refreshing, and full of flavor.
#11 - Cocoa Milk stout (5.3% ABV)
A sweet stout with notes of milk chocolate and coffee. We used a blend of roasted grains, coco and lactose milk sugar to make the perfect silky smooth sweet stout. 5.8% abv
#12 - Strawberry Cream ale (5% abv)
Light, smooth, and refreshing, this cream ale is brewed with strawberries for a subtle berry aroma and a soft, slightly sweet finish. Crisp malt character and low bitterness make it easy-drinking and perfect for any season.

Gently muddled mint and St-Germain elderflower liqueur topped with soda water and Wycliff Brut. - 10
Pickle Martini
McQueen Gin, dry vermouth and pickle brine shaken until chilled and strained into a coupe. Served with a cornichon. - 11
Chocolate Martini
Wheatley vodka, dark creme de cacao, Bailey’s Irish cream and chocolate syrup shaken and topped with shaved chocolate. - 10
Key Lime Pie Martini
Wheatley vodka, Limoncello, Licor 43, heavy cream and Key Lime juice shaken and strained into a coupe rimmed with marshmallow fluff and graham cracker. - 11

Aperol, Vida Mezcal and Yellow Chartreuse served over a large rock and garnished with a lime twist - 14
Mai Tai
Santa Cruz silver rum, Gran Marnier, fresh lime juice, Orgeat almond liqueur shaken served on ice with a Goslings rum float. Garnished with a fresh lime wheel and a mint bouquet. - 12
