#1 - 7*11 BLONDE ALE (5.0% ABV)
Light bread notes from the malt with a slight fruit aroma from the yeast and hops.
#2 - PELOTON PALE ALE (6.0% ABV)
Smooth and balanced with 3 varieties of malts. The intense hop flavor and aroma are due to dry hopping. The aroma is dominated by tropical fruits, including mango and pineapple.
#3 - CADENCE PORTER (6.0% ABV)
A full-bodied black-as-night ale is smooth with a velvety texture. Notes of road coffee beans and chocolate fill the palate and nose.
#4 - WEE HEAVY SCOTCH STRONG (8.0% ABV)
We used 7 different varieties of malts to brew this bomb of a brew! Deep rich malt character slightly warms from the high alcohol content.
#5 - Orange Cream Ale (5.2% ABV)
A nostalgic twist on a classic cream ale, this smooth and easy-drinking brew bursts with bright orange citrus and finishes with a creamy, vanilla sweetness. Light-bodied with a subtle malt backbone, it’s like a dreamsicle in a glass—refreshing, playful, and perfect for sunny days or sweet memories.
#6 - TRANS AM HAZY IPA (7% ABV)
A Hazy IPA low in bitterness bursting with juicy tropical fruit flavors and aromas from the Mosaic Citra and Simcoe hops. Brewed with oats and wheat to give a hazy appearance.
#7 - James' Brown Ale (5.7% ABV)
Malt forward ale with notes of biscuits, caramel, and toasted bread. We used base of English malt blended caramelized malts and a touch of roasted grain for depth of flavor and color.
#8 - Tread Lightly Light Lemon lager (3.2% ABV)
Bright, clean, and refreshingly smooth, Tread Lightly is a crisp light lager kissed with a hint lemon. Brewed to keep things easy and breezy, this low-ABV lager is perfect for long rides, sunny patios, and taking it slow.
#9 - Brake Check Pils Czech-Style Pilsner (5.5% ABV)
Crisp, clean, and brewed for the breakaway. Break Czech Pi ls is a traditional Czech-style lager crafted with heritage malt from the Czech Republic and floral, spicy Saaz hops. Cold-fermented and patiently lagered, this golden pilsner delivers smooth malt character, a subtle bitterness, and a refreshing finish built for long rides and easy sipping.
#10 - 7*11 Strawberry Blonde (5% ABV)
We added Strawberry to our 711 Blonde Ale! This beautiful pink beer has the taste & aroma of strawberry that complements the mild maltiness of the Blonde Ale.
#11 - Wheelz Up (6.6% ABV)
The 1st beer brewed at St. Nicholas Brewing Co MDH Southern Illinois Airport location. Brewed with 100% Citra hops. This is a single hop IPA showcasing one of our favorite hops Citra.
#12 - Oktoberfest (5.5% ABV)
A German-style amber lager, rich & malty. Notes of caramel, biscuits, & toasted malt. We used a blend of German malts and hops and cold aged this beer for several months.

Wheatley Vodka, sour Apple Pucker, caramel syrup, and a Pinch of salt Garnished with a Skewered apple slice and cherry. - 12
Barrel Roll
House infused plum bourbon, real maple syrup, orange bitters, chocolate bitters a pinch of salt garnished with a Bourbon soaked plum and torched orange peel. - 11
Queen Fig
Greenhouse gin, fresh lemon juice, house made honey simple and fig preserves, shaken and served up with a Charred rosemary sprig garnish. - 11
Classic Cosmo
Ketel one vodka, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice and cranberry juice shaken and served with a lime twist. - 11
