#1 - 7*11 BLONDE ALE (5.0% ABV)
Light bread notes from the malt with a slight fruit aroma from the yeast and hops.
#2 - PELOTON PALE ALE (6.0% ABV)
Smooth and balanced with 3 varieties of malts. The intense hop flavor and aroma are due to dry hopping. The aroma is dominated by tropical fruits, including mango and pineapple.
#3 - CADENCE PORTER (6.0% ABV)
A full-bodied black-as-night ale is smooth with a velvety texture. Notes of road coffee beans and chocolate fill the palate and nose.
#4 - WEE HEAVY SCOTCH STRONG (8.0% ABV)
We used 7 different varieties of malts to brew this bomb of a brew! Deep rich malt character slightly warms from the high alcohol content.
#5 - 7*11 PEACH BLONDE (5% ABV)
We took our 7*11 Blonde and infused it with Peaches to give a bright peach flavor that blends wonderfully with the malty notes of the blonde ale. Sweet and refreshing.
#6 - TRANS AM HAZY IPA (7% ABV)
A Hazy IPA low in bitterness bursting with juicy tropical fruit flavors and aromas from the Mosaic Citra and Simcoe hops. Brewed with oats and wheat to give a hazy appearance.
#7 - SWIFTWALKER MAIBOCK (7.5%ABV)
A strong malty German style Pale Lager. Rich grainy character from the German Munich malt fermented with clean German lager yeast to let the malt character shine.
#8 - Blackberry Cream Ale (5.0% ABV)
Light, crisp, and berry delicious. This cream ale is brewed for easy sipping, with a smooth malt backbone and a touch of corn sweetness. We added blackberries to bring a subtle fruity pop and a hint of color, making this the perfect pint for patio season. Refreshing, balanced, and just the right amount of juicy.
#9 - NEW: St. Nicholas HARD Seltzer (5% ABV)
Bubbly clean and refreshing, made in house. flavor options Lemon lime, Pineapple and Strawberry lemonade.
#10 - Dawg Days Pale Ale(5.8% ABV)
Brewed to celebrate the end of the spring semester! As those hot summer days roll in, cool down with this crisp, single-hopped pale ale. Mosaic hops shine through with vibrant notes of tropical fruit, berries, and a touch of earthiness. A blend of American Pale and Pilsner malts gives it a light straw-yellow color and an easy-drinking finish.
#11 - Pedal Pilsner (5.5% ABV)
A premium craft lager brewed 100% American malted Pilsner grain. This beer is all about the wonderful Pilsner malt character that finishes nice and smooth from the lager fermentation.
#12 - STINGRAY HEFEWEIZEN (5.0% ABV)
A traditional Bavarian wheat beer, cloudy with esters of fruit, banana and clove. Light, refreshing, & full of flavor.

The Glacial Remedy
Hendrick’s gin meets house-made rosemary simple syrup and tart lemon, shaken with local favorite Glacier’s End elderberry syrup. Topped with a Moscato float and finished with a floral garnish - 12
The Albatross
Muddled basil and blackberries form the base of this velvety bourbon sour. Maker’s Mark, fresh lime, and simple syrup with silky egg white, dry-shaken and chilled. Double strained over a single rock and crowned with a basil-wrapped blackberry skewer. - 12

Pussers rum, Campari, pineapple, lime, and rich Demerara syrup—shaken and served over a large rock ice cube with a pineapple frond. - 10
