Brewers James McCoy & Paul Plett are pairing up with our house Chef Justin Cavins and his team to create a special 4 course fine dining experience. Every course will be crafted and paired with a unique beer selection.
This will feature menu items that you have never seen before at the St. Nick and most likely will only see for special events. Space is limited and you must pre purchase your tickets. $50 gets you a ticket with the entire evening included. Don't miss out on this special and brand new event!

Brewer and Chef Dinner $50 all food, service, and beer is included. Must pre-purchase ticket. All items are made from scratch in house using locally sourced ingredients!
First course: Local Artisan Board paired with our Dark Strong Ale
*Locally cured meats and salami, local cheese selection, olives, goat cheese stuffed figs wrapped in prosciutto, whole grain mustard, local artisan breads
Second Course: Pear and Brie Salad paired with our Belgian Single
*Mixed baby greens and arugula topped with pears, Brie, house smoked almonds, pomegranate seeds, and a pomegranate vinaigrette
Main Course: Roasted Lamb Shank over a seared roasted garlic polenta cake paired with our (special release) Jack Daniels Oak Aged Wee Heavy
*Delicate Lamb Shanks served in a caramelized onion reduction served over a crisp and creamy roasted garlic polenta cake. Bacon roasted Brussels sprouts accompanies this rich and flavorful entrée.
Dessert: Raspberry Chocolate Soufflé served with our Chocolate Milk Stout (special release)
*This dark chocolate soufflé is decadent yet light and fluffy. Served with a dark chocolate bourbon ganache, fresh whipped cream, and a tart raspberry finish
