Every year in Southern Illinois Big Muddy Brew Co. hosts the Big Muddy Brewfest which is a growing event bringing in breweries from all over the country. They hold a competition where homebrewers brew one beer and then the judges vote, the winning beer and homebrewer is then paired up with a brewery to re-create the delicious brew. This year's winner paired up with James and Paul to create the Golden Strong. We put it on tap and it was LOVED, it is now in a bottle and being released today!
